2. Information we process

Information you provide

If you contact us, we may process your name, email address, and message solely to respond to your request.

Camera and augmented reality

Some applications require camera permission to recognize images, surfaces, or objects and display augmented reality content. Camera images are used in real time to provide this feature. EsféricoVR does not store, sell, or use those images for advertising.

Technical data

The application and its technology providers may process limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, installation identifiers, language, performance, and crash logs. This is used to maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve Service stability.

Our applications do not request financial data, contacts, messages, precise location, or health data unless a specific application clearly discloses this before collection.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing requested features, including augmented reality experiences.
• Responding to enquiries and providing support, based on your request or consent.
• Preventing abuse, maintaining security, and fixing errors, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.
• Complying with legal obligations where necessary.

We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers and data sharing

We may use providers acting on EsféricoVR’s behalf that process only the information required to supply their services. Depending on the application and version, these may include Unity Technologies technology to run the experience and diagnose errors, and PTC/Vuforia technology for augmented reality features. Their practices are described in their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose data when required by law or a competent authority, or when necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not share data with third parties for their own advertising.

5. Retention

Support messages are kept only as long as necessary to respond and manage potential legal liabilities. Technical data is retained for the minimum period needed to analyze incidents and protect the Service, then deleted or anonymized. EsféricoVR does not retain images processed in real time by the camera.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely infallible, but we review our safeguards when the Services or underlying technology changes.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by emailing info@esfericovr.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You can also withdraw camera permission in Android settings or uninstall the application.

Our applications do not require a user account. If you have sent us information and want it deleted, use the email address above; we will handle your request within the applicable legal timeframe.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we require appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it. When a Service is specifically directed to children, we will apply the additional safeguards and authorizations required by law and Google Play.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or Service changes. We will publish the new version at this same URL and show the updated date above.
